State Police Respond to Winslow Twp. Collision

state_policeWINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) –State Police in DuBois report no one was injured following a two-vehicle crash in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Police report the 12:58 p.m. August 3 crash occurred along State Route 322 east of Church Street in Winslow Township.

A 1998 Saturn SL1 operated by Chicgo A. Callender, 19, of Luthersburg approached a 2005 Honda Accord operated by Hannah L. Duminske, 18, of Punxsutawney, from the rear.

The Callender vehicle failed to stop before striking the Duminske vehicle in the rear.

The collision caused major front end damage to the Callender vehicle and minor rear end damage to the Duminske vehicle.

Callender and Duminske were wearing seat belts and escaped injury.

All passengers in the Callender vehicle escaped injury and included Harlie S. Wells, 19, of Reynoldsville who was wearing a seat belt, Brian L. Sharp, 20, of Reynoldsville who was not wearing a seat belt, and a known juvenile who was secured in a child safety seat.

The passenger in the Duminske vehicle, Bryant L. Rees, 18, of Punxsutawney, was wearing a seat belt and escaped injury.
