HUSTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – One person was killed in a motor vehicle accident Saturday morning in Huston Township, Clearfield County.
DuBois-based State Police said Joseph Michael Winkler, 27, of Force, Pa., was traveling south on Bennett’s Valley Highway around 6:20 a.m. when his vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a culvert and overturned.
Winkler was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clearfield County Deputy Coroner.
Penfield, North Point and Jay Twp., volunteer fire departments and Bennett’s Valley EMS assisted at the scene.
The vehicle was removed by Zimmerman Towing.
