CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Pennsylvania Secretary of Education, Mr. Pedro Rivera, on left, paid a surprise visit to the Clarion Pre-K Counts children on Thursday, March 23. Mr. Rivera was visiting schools on his way across the state. Clarion Pre-K Counts is operated by Jefferson-Clarion Head Start, Inc.
