Peter Pan Flying into the Sawmill Theatre

COOKSBURG, Pa. (EYT) – The Verna Leith Sawmill Theatre will be presenting “Peter Pan” from August 10 to August 12.

The public is invited to see the Brookville Community Theater’s performance of classic children’s fairy tale “Peter Pan” as it is performed live on stage.

The show begins at 8:00 p.m. each night.

In this original, Tony-Award-winning Broadway version, Peter Pan takes Wendy and her siblings to Neverland, where no one ever grows up.

There, Peter is plagued by the pirate Captain Hook, who is, himself, plagued by the crocodile that bit off his hand.

Will Peter, Wendy, and the Lost Boys escape Hook’s clutches?

This is the perfect show for the child in all of us.

The following shows will finish out the 2017 season at the Sawmill Theatre.

  • Leaving Iowa (Footlighters of Elk County) – August 17-19
  • Serenade on Broadway (Enchante Cabaret) – August 24-26
  • Arlene’s Beauty World (Clarion Community Theatre) – August 31-September 2, 7-9

All shows are $15.00 per seat.

Tickets are available online at www.sawmill.org or by calling the theatre’s box office at 814-927-5275.
