BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Plyler’s Buffet and Family Restaurant in Brookville may close its doors for good Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019.

Plyler’s manager Joe Sawey told exploreJefferson.com that more than likely Sunday will be the restaurant’s last day.
“It’s not etched in stone,” Sawey said. “We’re trying to work something out with prospective new owners, but right now it looks like we’re going to be closing Sunday.”
The restaurant posted to its Facebook page last weekend that the owner recommended using all gift certificates as soon as possible.
Another post the same day explained that the business was in foreclosure.
Plyler’s, located at 234 Allegheny Blvd. in Brookville, bills itself as a relaxed and welcoming restaurant that people can enjoy with friends and family members.
