Police: 3 Children Left Unattended in Vehicle in Brookville, Mother Facing Charges

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville police responded to an incident involving 3 children being left unattended in a vehicle on Tuesday in Brookville.

Brookville Police report that they were called around 11:00 a.m. to the Brookville Hospital parking lot after being alerted that 3 children were left unattended in a vehicle . Police say that the 3 children ranged from ages 8 months to 5 years of age.

After 30 minutes the mother appeared and was charged with 3 counts of leaving children unattended in a vehicle and 1 count of leaving keys in the ignition of an unattended vehicle.

No other information was provided and the name of the accused was not released.
