VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Police say around 10:27 p.m. on October 16, a DUI and drug violation occurred on the 400 block of Rocky Grove Avenue, in Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.
Sugarcreek Police arrested a known, 24-year-old Mayport man for DUI of a controlled substance after he was seen driving on Front Street without any lights on.
The suspect was found to be under the influence of marijuana, police say.
He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police.
A passenger in his vehicle, a 20-year-old Emlenton woman, was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia, police say.
Charges will be filed on both suspects, according to police.
