Police: Big Run Man Accused of Defrauding Creditors

Police car lightsBIG RUN BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of “theft-defrauding secured creditors” occurred on Mills Street, in Big Run Borough, Jefferson County.

According to police, around 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 37-year-old Darby Duane Beck, of Big Run, was not present at the above described location to complete an Execution of Sale.

The victim is a 40-year-old Big Run woman, police say.

No other information was provided.
