North Mahoning Township, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based state police are investigating an incident of forgery that occurred in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County
According to police, a known individual reported that someone signed his/or her name on a document without their consent.
The incident took place on September 17, 2014.
