PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Bad Checks was reported in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County.
According to police, the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on October 11, when a 69-year-old Reynoldsville man allegedly submitted a check in the amount of $225.00 which was returned.
The victim in the incident is a 47-year-old Summerville man.
Police say the investigation continues.
The name of the suspect was not released.
