Mayport Man Arrested for Alleged Burglary in Ringgold Township

RINGGOLD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a Mayport man has been arrested for a burglary that occurred at a residence on Sandy Hill Road, in Ringgold Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, sometime between Friday, February 6, and Thursday, February 12, Ryan Dennis Snyder, 34, of Mayport, allegedly entered a residence of a known 50-year-old female and 55-year-old male by prying open a screen window.

He allegedly removed US currency, police say.

Total stolen property is estimated at $360.00.

Damage to property is estimated at $20.00.

Charges were filed at Magisterial District Court 54-3-01.

The investigation continues.
