BELL TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating after a 13-year-old girl was recently solicited for nude photos via Snapchat.
Around 12:26 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, state police received a report from the parents of a known 13-year-old female victim from Punxsutawney regarding an incident of corruption of minors.
Police say the parents reported the victim was having a Snapchat conversation with an unknown individual and sending nude photographs to the unknown individual upon the individual’s request.
No additional details are available at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
