GLEN CAMPBELL BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a one-car accident occurred on State Route 286, east of Rock Run Road, in Glen Campbell Borough, Indiana County.
According to police, around 9:03 p.m. on December 24, 43-year-old Curtis L. States, of Punxsutawney, was traveling east on Route 286 and failed to negotiate a curve to the left. His 2004 Hyundai Elantra traveled off the south side of the roadway and hit an embankment. The car came to a final rest off the south side of the road facing southeast.
States was using a seat belt and was not injured.
This incident remains open pending further investigation by PSP Punxsutawney.
Glen Campbell Fire Department assisted at the scene.
