Police Investigating Theft Of Gun, Cash, Quilt in Bell Twp.

BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – State Police in Punxsutawney report an incident of theft by unlawful taking occurred in Bell Township, Clearfield County.

Police say the incident occurred between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. October 2.

A Mahaffey man reported to police a stainless steel Bryson .380 caliber pistol with black hand grips, about $100.00 in cash, and a hand-stitched quilt were removed from his residence along Baird Lane, according to police.

The investigating is continuing.
