Police Release Details on Harassment in Summerville

SUMMERVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – State Police have released details on a recent case of harassment in Summerville Borough, Jefferson County.

According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, on August 5, 2014, a husband and wife became involved in a verbal argument.

The male subject spit on the female subject and the female subject slapped the male subject in the side of the head.

No charges were filed as requested by both parties.
