Police Release Information on Drug DUI Arrest

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Following an investigation, the Brookville Police Department charged a Summerville woman with allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

It is alleged that 29-year-old Allison Shumaker, of Summerville, was stopped on January 24 for operating a stolen vehicle. She was allegedly found to be under the influence of methamphetamine, according to police.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and Pennsylvania State Police assisted in the investigation.

Charges have been filed at Magistrate Bazylak’s office.
