Police Respond to Altercation in Rose Township

state_policeROSE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to an altercation that occurred on September 23, in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

Police say the incident occurred along Route 36 when a known 63-year-old Brookville man and a known 32-year-old Brookville woman were involved in a verbal altercation.

The argument turned physical when the woman nudged the man and threatened him, according to police.

Police say no charges were filed in this incident as requested by the victim.
