Police Respond to Retail Theft in Brookville

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say on February 22, an incident of retail theft occurred at Jack’s Boot in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to police, they were called to Jack’s Boot on February 26 to investigate a retail theft.

Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that 44-year-old Tracy C. Huff of Punxsutawney allegedly took a pair of sandal, two items of lingerie, 2 pepper spray items, and a pair of gloves, police say.

All items were allegedly placed in her purse, according to police.

She is being charged with six counts of retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Tracy Huff was accompanied by her husband, Harold Huff, who is also being charged with retail theft.
