Police Respond to Two-Vehicle Crash on Route 119

BELL TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police say a Punxsutawney man was cited following an incident where he lost control of his vehicle and struck a parked vehicle in Bell Township on Sunday.

According to police, around 7:29 a.m. on November 22, a two-vehicle crash occurred on State Route 119 just west of Albion Road.

Police say 33-year-old Christopher L. Troutman, of Punxsutawney, was operating a 2004 Volkswagen Passat, traveling on State Route 119 when he lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadway and hit an unoccupied 2002 Jeep Liberty that was parked along the side of the road.

Troutman was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured.

He was cited for driving while operator privilege is suspended or revoked.
