Police Respond to Vehicle Rollover in Pine Creek Township

PINE CREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police responded to a vehicle rollover crash on Monday morning in Pine Creek Township.

According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, the accident happened around 8:23 p.m. on July 27 on Fuller Road in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.

Police say 46-year-old Raymond J. Deralph, of Reynoldsville, was operating a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, traveling south of Fuller Road, when he failed to negotiate a left curve in the roadway and struck a guide rail off the southbound lane. The vehicle then overturned and came to a final rest on its passenger side in the southbound lane.

Deralph reported that he was not wearing a seat belt but was not injured.

The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed by Bricen Towing.

Pine Creek Volunteer Fire Department also assisted at the scene.

Deralph was cited for a speed violation.
