REYNOLDSVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Police received a report of an unknown man flashing his genitals at a Reynoldsville woman on Saturday.
According to DuBois-based State Police, around 8:57 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, a white male, described as approximately 5’5″ to 5’6″ and having a medium build, was spotted behind a known 68-year-old Reynoldsville woman’s residence on Big Run Prescottville Road in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
The unknown male reportedly exposed his genitals to the victim.
