CANOE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say on September 21, a burglary occurred on Central Street, in Canoe Township, Indiana County.
According to police, sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on September 21, an unknown perpetrator(s) entered a residence on Central Street and removed a black fireproof Sentry safe and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Police say the safe contained a 9mm Hi-Point Luger pistol, cash, and bullets.
