Police Seeking Information on Armed Robbery at Convenience Store in Coalport Borough

COALPORT BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – State police are asking the public for information regarding an armed robbery that occurred late last night at a convenience store in Coalport Borough.

According to Clearfield-based State Police, two armed black males entered the Nittany Minit Mart located on Main Street in Coalport Borough, Clearfield County, around 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, and held the clerks and a customer at gunpoint demanding money.

The actors then fled south on foot along State Route 53 with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Both males were dressed in black clothing with black face coverings. One actor has the word “Corle” printed on his clothing.

The first actor is described as approximately six-foot and approximately 300 pounds. The second actor is approximately 5’7 and 150 pounds.

At least one of the men spoke with a Hispanic accent, according to police.
