BRADY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating an incident of Endangering the Welfare of a Child that occurred at a residence in Brady Township, Clearfield County.
Police say “the suspect allegedly abused the victim by withholding food and starving her.”
The incident occurred in 2009 to 2010.
The female victim was ten years old at the time.
The female suspect was 63 years old at the time of the alleged crime.
The name of the suspect was not released.
