BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say charges have been filed against a known 34-year-old Reynoldsville man for a DUI crash that occurred last month.
Police say an investigation into a crash that occurred on December 23, 2014, led to the charges.
The man’s BAC (blood alcohol content) was determined to be 0.278%.
Charges were filed at Magistrate Gregory Bazylak’s office.
The name of the suspect was not released.
