Police say this crash occurred around 2:15 a.m. on November 30, as a 2008 Jeep Liberty, driven by 23-year-old Kyle J. Wilson, of Kersey, was traveling south on State Route 153. The vehicle was traveling uphill and negotiating a left curve in the roadway. Wilson lost control of the Jeep as it slid on the wet roadway, exiting the road to the west. Kersey was using a seat belt and suffered suspected minor injuries.

He was charged with a traffic violation.
