Two-Vehicle Crash on Route 322; Woman, Infant Injured

car-accident-graphic-5254_jpg_475x310_q85-300x225WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say a two-vehicle accident occurred around 2:57 p.m. on March 2 on State Route 322, at Reyn-Sykes Road, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Police say 78-year-old John Roush, of Sykesville, and
28-year-old Amanda L. Cluff, of DuBois, were involved in the collision.

Police say Roush was traveling north on Reyn-Sykes Road in a 2004 Mazda MPV, and Cluff was traveling east on Route 322 in a 2006 Ford Fusion.

Roush pulled onto Route 322 into the path of Cluff, and Cluff’s Ford struck the Mazda.

Roush was using a seat belt and was not injured.

Reynoldsville Ambulance Service transported Cluff and a one-year-old female passenger to Penn Highlands Hospital for injuries of unknown severity.

Roush was charged with a traffic violation.

Reynoldsville Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
