HAWTHORN, Pa. (EYT) – The Hawthorn Fire Company will be holding their annual Kayak/Canoe Poker Run on Sunday, June 2.

The run will be held on the Redbank Creek from Summerville to Hawthorn. Launch begins at 9:00 a.m. and continues until 1:00 p.m. at the Summerville Bridge.
Registration will be held at Hawthorn Boat Launch. Registration information is available at Hawthorn560.com or by calling 814-541-4005.
The cost is $20.00 for adults and $5.00 for youth under 18.
A picnic lunch is included at the finish and shuttle service is available.
First place prize is $500.
