Punxsutawney High School Art Club Help Out Residents at Mulberry Square

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – A group of area students helped out residents at Mulberry Square in Punxsutawney recently.

Members of the Punxsutawney Area High School Art Club, grades 9 through 12, shared their artistic talents with the residents at Mulberry Square by painting holiday windows and making winter landscape artworks.

The purpose of the Art Club is to provide opportunities for students interested in extending knowledge and experience within the arts beyond the regular classroom. The art club also serves as a social avenue which enables students to meet others with similar interests.
