PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney Borough Police, an incident of public intoxication occurred on Clark Street, in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County.
Police say on June 7 Timothy States was allegedly found on Clark Street to be intoxicated in a public place.
He also was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
According to police, charges for Public Intoxication, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were filed at District Judge Chambers’ office.
States was arrested on June 13 on the above charges, say police.
