PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney Police have released details on a recent DUI arrest in the borough.
Police say Driving Under the Influence charges were filed on January 21 against Frank Kerestesy, age unknown, of Punxsutawney.
Police were called to the Comunity Center parking lot to assist PA State Constable Paul Pape in the arrest of Ashley Vega of Punxsutawney.
During the investigation, it was discovered hat Kerestesy was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Kerestesy’s BAC was .12% over the legal limit of .08%.
Charges have been filed with District Judge Douglas Chambers.
