PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) — The Pantall Hotel in Punxsutawney is for sale.
Powell & Associates Real Estate are having an open house at the Historic Pantall Hotel from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, April 6.
The historic hotel was built in 1888 by Theo Pantall. It was renovated in 1970.
There are 64 hotel rooms located on the second and third floors, all with private baths and cable TV.
The hotel features a fitness room, office space, and has elevator access to all floors.
The Coach Room Restaurant and banquet rooms are on the first floor, as well as the Famed Coach Light Bar.
There is also the Roof Top Restaurant with a dance floor that overlooks downtown Punxsutawney and Barclay Square.
At the rear of the property is a large parking lot and three store fronts along Main Street.
