HAWTHORN, Pa. (EYT) – Raffle tickets are available to win an opportunity to drive a locally-sponsored truck at the S.T.O.R.M. Tough Truck Racing event at the Clarion County Fair.

The event is slated for Thursday, July 26, at 7:30 p.m.

Team S.T.O.R.M. promises intense, exciting action on Thursday evening when drivers will compete on a course that includes jumps, turns, and other obstacles.

For the local class race, interested drivers can purchase tickets at the fair office located behind the grandstand to win the opportunity to drive the locally-sponsored truck. Tickets are available during fair hours.

No preregistration is necessary for drivers to enter the local class. The age to drive in the local class race was recently lowered from 18 to 16 with parental consent. A helmet and secured gas tank are required.

The winner for the truck raffle will be announced on Wednesday evening at the Demolition Derby.

The Clarion County Fair is held at the Redbank Valley Municipal Park located 1 1/2 miles north of New Bethlehem, just off Route 28.
