REYNOLDSVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A Reynoldsville woman is behind bars on $50,000 bail after being charged with various sexual assault offenses.
According to court documents filed on November 16, 2015, 18-year-old Christy Jordan Hays, of Reynoldsville, is housed in the Jefferson County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing with District Judge David Inzana.
Hays is being charged with the following offenses:
– Felony 1 – Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse
– Felony 1 – Unlawful Contact with a Minor – Sexual Offenses
– Felony 2 – Statutory Sexual Assault: 4-8 Years Older
– Felony 3 – Corruption of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above
– Misdemeanor 2 – Indecent Assault of a Person Less 16 Years of Age
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on December 17, 2015.
