Robert M. Pendro of Dubois and North Braddock, age 83 passed away Dec. 9, 2016.
He was born in North Braddock; May 27, 1933 to the late Veronica Seaman & Michael Pendro.
Robert was a retired carpenter and maintenance man with the East Allegheny High School.
He was an Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. His camp in Dubois Pa., which he built himself, was his pride and joy spending much time there.
He belonged to the Pennsylvania Wildlife Habitat Unlimited, his only hunting while at camp was done with a camera, loved woodworking and carpentry work.
Robert was also predeceased by a brother; Ronald Pendro.
He is survived by a sister; Martha (Forrest) Burnette, Moon Twp., nieces & nephews; Marvin (Susan) Kotvas, Michael, Matthew, Cassie Kotvas all of Moon Twp., Cynthia (Michael) Maxiener, Jacob, Joshua, Joseph, & Samantha Maxiener all of Moon Twp., Candace Burnette and fiancé (Daniel Lutsch) , Moon Twp., Sean (Lori) Burnette & Cooper Burnette all of Warrendale Pa.
Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Copeland Moon Twp. Funeral Home, 981 Brodhead Rd, where a Blessing Service will be held Thursday at 9:30am followed by interment in Monongahela Cemetery in North Braddock Pa with Military Honors.
