PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney Police say an incident of theft occurred along Beyer Avenue, in Punxsutawney Borough, Jefferson County.
According to police, a 22-year-old woman reported the theft of her EBT card from her wallet and its unauthorized use at two local business on July 10.
Police were able to obtain video from the two locations and allegedly identified Christopher Quesenberry, of Rossiter, as the user of the card.
Charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, identity theft, and access device fraud were filed against Quesenberry.
