Ruth E. Tagliaferre, 92, formerly of Reynoldsville, died Sunday, July 12, 2015.
She was born Oct. 23, 1922, in Swanton, Md. to the late Alfred B. and Effie J. Baker Mason.
She was head cook at the Hopewell Area School District.
She is survived by three sons: Joseph P. (Jean) Tagliaferre of Pittsburgh, Louis H. (Valery) Tagliaferre of Fenton, Mo., Samuel D. Tagliaferre of Bensalem; eight grandchildren: Wesley and Jeremy Tagliaferre, Paige and Taylor Tagliaferre, Eric and Kaitlyn, Kelly and Kasey Tagliaferre.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home in Reynoldsville.
Interment will be at Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville.
