Police: Man Escapes Injury in I-80 Crash in Sandy Township

SANDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – State Police in Dubois responded to a one-vehicle accident on Saturday, February 21, on Interstate 80 in Sandy Township, Jefferson County.

Police say the accident occurred around 4:13 p.m. when 45 year-old Tito N. Morales, of Watsontown, PA, lost control of his 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and crashed.

Police say that the accident took place at mile marker 100.5.

Morales was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash.

He was charged with a traffic violation.
