SACO, Maine (EYT) – Police in Maine released a video in the hopes of identifying a thief who stole Christmas wreaths and other decorations from a cemetery.
Saco police said a woman mounted a camera to a tree at the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco after the wreath from her parents’ grave went missing. The camera recorded a woman in a black sport-utility vehicle collecting wreaths from headstones a few days later.
Police said the ghoulish Grinch in the video could be the thief responsible for the disappearances of at least 30 wreaths and other Christmas decorations from gravesites at the cemetery.
