ATHERSTONE, England – Twycross Zoo in Atherstone, England, went on a temporary lockdown recently after a gibbon escaped its enclosure.
Zoo officials say visitors were ushered to indoor areas during the lockdown while the zoo’s staff worked to get the animal safely back in its enclosure.
