Say What?!: South African Restaurant Promotes ‘Sustainable Protein Alternatives’ With Insect Based Foods

CAPE TOWN, South Africa – The Insect Experience, a pop-up located at the GoodFood hall in Cape Town, is promoting sustainable protein alternatives by serving only foods derived from insects.

Operated by Gourmet Grubb, the pop-up offers even offers EntoMilk, a milk alternative made from the black soldier fly, as well as dairy-free ice cream made from the milk.
