GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Officials warned students away from Memorial Stadium on the University of North Dakota campus on Tuesday after a moose wandered onto campus and into the stadium area.
After the animal got into the stadium through a gate that had been left open for football practice, authorities decided to keep it there until it could be safely escorted out of town in the evening.
