BERKELEY, Calif. – Police in California said a suspected drunken driver described as “gold” by a witness was found to indeed be covered from head to toe in gold spray paint.
California Highway Patrol troopers stationed in Oakland said an off-duty police officer reported seeing a suspected intoxicated driver strike three vehicles and lose a wheel from his car in Berkeley.
