COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. – An unusually friendly deer strolled into a New York state grocery store and wandered into the produce section, employees and customers said.
Sarah Van Domelen, who works customer service at the Price Chopper supermarket in Cooperstown, said the deer calmly waltzed into the store about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
