ITALY – Dimitri Panciera, who previously set the Guinness World Record for most ice cream scoops balanced on a single cone with 85 in 2013, reclaimed his title with 125.
Panciera set the record during a Guinness TV special in Italy, bettering the mark set by Ashrita Furman by two scoops.
