A man in Brazil was filmed base jumping from an apartment balcony using a parachute he reportedly bought online.
A video posted to YouTube by user Erbert Richens shows a man preparing to jump from a balcony at a Brazilian apartment building while a woman appears to attempt to talk him out of it.
