MERRIMACK, New Hampshire – New Hampshire police said they issued an arrest warrant for the country’s most famous groundhog for failing to disclose the extent of the lasting winter.
The Merrimack Police Department took to Facebook to vent its frustrations at Pennsylvania’s Punxsutawney Phil for leaving some crucial details out of his Groundhog Day weather forecast.
The Tuesday post warned civilians to steer clear of the “armed and dangerous” rodent.
