Say What?!: Prosecutor Gives 87-Year-Old Man ‘a Pass’ on Soliciting Charge

say-whatGRAND RAPIDS, Mi. – A Michigan prosecutor said an 87-year-old man accused of soliciting a prostitute is getting “a pass” due to his age and will not be prosecuted.

Howard Klein, 87, who was cited June 26 in Grand Rapids on allegations of soliciting an undercover police officer posing as a prostitute, will not be prosecuted on the charge, Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth said Tuesday.
