PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – New Hampshire police were unimpressed by an “artist” who spray-painted their station with a “thoughtful and insightful” message: “I’m drunk.”
The Portsmouth Police Department said in a Facebook post officers discovered an outside wall of their station had been tagged with graffiti “during the overnight hours.”
