Sharon Claire Bracken, 60, of Sligo, went to her heavenly home to celebrate her birthday on March 26, 2016, following a heroic battle with CJD (Creutfeldt-Jacob Disease).
Varner Funeral Home in Rimersburg is handling arrangements.
